Coloured lithograph, comic map depicting a figure of a kilted Scotsman, chiselling away at a large rock filling the whole of the Grampian region. One of twelve comic maps taken from 'Geographical fun', the work of Eliza Jane Lancaster (later known as Lilian Lancaster). Includes description of the comic figure of Scotland and descriptive lines by William Harvey (known as Aleph). Rhyme about the country in lower margin of the map: Vincent Brooks, Day & Son, Lith. London, W. C. Includes illustrations of the Royal standard and the Royal coat of arms. Not drawn to scale.
