Ornamented with coloured figures of rulers, representations of cities, and drawings of flags with armorial bearings, ships, etc. Many place names, written in Italian, are given. Inscription "Jacobus maiolus condam vescontis fecit hanc cartam Genue anno domini 1567, die XX Februarij ".
