Detailed plan of the proposed Kalabsha Reservoir Dam. Two signatures in the bottom right hand corner of the map. One identifiable signature is "W. Willcocks". Sir William Willcocks (1852-1932) was a British Civil Engineer and was involved with the construction of the Aswan Low Dam.
