Surrey. The thick borders give the map a rather odd appearance at first sight. Place names and roads are featured. Though the map is monochrome the scalebar (bottom left is green and red and depicts one mile). Printed underneath is: 'Published as the Act directs 15. Nov 1819, by J Edwards, Brompton Midd.x.'. Bottom right is printed: 'Edwards Sculp.'
