He compiled another list in 1904 and this was published by H. A. Raymond, the London Agent for Echoes of Service. The first Pickering and Inglis List was compiled and published in 1921 and subsequent editions appeared in 1927, 1933, 1951, 1959, 1968, 1970, 1975 and 1983.
