Georgian penner, in three parts, incorporating inkwell and quill holder. Finely-turned from hardwood with a ridged exterior design. Intended for use while travelling, the casing unscrews into three two sections, housing a glass inkwell in the base with separate quill chamber above – there are two quill nibs in the chamber. Housed in a contemporary shagreen (rayskin) slipcase.
