Information continues: The gentlemen, clergy, merchants, special constables, parish officers, and inhabitants of the town and Parish of Rochdale, are requested to join the procession, and present themselves for the above purpose at the Roe Buck, Rochdale, at the hour of eleven in the morning, to afford an opportunity for marshalling the same. By order of the High Sheriff. God save the King. Publication date assumed from date of the event. The High Sheriff of Lancashire in 1820 is Robert Hesketh (1764-1824) of Rossall Hall, Wirral.
