A "lunatic" is Henry Hunt. Publication date assumed from when he took estates at Rowfant, near East Grinstead, 1812-1813. Catherine Vince was his lifelong mistress. John Mathew Gutch was trading in Bristol between 1802 and 1837. Mounted on the verso of a blank sheet of paper measuring 46 x 29 cm. The recto appears to have been used for scrapbook items [newspaper articles?] from the previous century with the printed date 1771 and a manuscript date of 1793 evident, with some items pasted over earlier ones.
