Description:
Twelve stanza poem within ornamental border. A broadside printing of a poem celebrating the ending of hostilities between Britain and France which culminated in the Treaty of Amiens in 1802. The printer is probably Hartley Earnshaw, who appears to be the only printer listed in commercial directories covering Colne and was operating earlier than the dates given in his heading.
