Circular letter (dated Preston, July 12, 1819) from Rawstorne and Wilson, solicitors of Preston, forwarding a copy letter by Lord Sidmouth (dated Whitehall, July 7 1819) to Lord Derby, the Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire, urging him to ensure that the Magistrates in the district of Manchester maintain order.
