Old paper label (from original endpapers?) pasted onto inside upper cover, containing manuscript inscription: "Iste liber attinet ven[er]a[bi]li monast[er]io S[an]cti Nicolai In monte s[an]cto andezz In quo continet[ur] ista / Eusebi[us] pamphili de Eu[a]n[geli]ca p[ræ]par[ati]o[n]e" [i.e. the Benedictine monastery at Andechs, Bavaria (Kloster Andechs), which was dissolved in 1803]. Nineteenth-century armorial bookplate of Richard Copley Christie. Former Christie Collection shelfmark: 3 h 17.
