Decoration: in lower margin on leaf [a1]r a green laurel wreath with red and blue ribbons flanked by two poor quality winged putti holding the red ribbons, the wreath containing two illuminated coats of arms (1. quarterly 1 and 4 azure a lion rampant or, 2 and 3 vair gules and argent; 2. or a lion[?] rampant) on a maroon ground with green ribbons. Initial spaces not filled in; without rubrication.
