According to Dibdin, this note was written by Count Reviczky and the book "appears to have been the Abbé Glesquiere's; and the 'only perfect one known out of Italy'" -- cf. T.F. Dibdin, Bibliotheca Spenceriana, vol. I, pp. 204-208 (no. 92). The Abbot Ghesquiere probably was Joseph Hippolyte Ghesquière (1731-1802), historian and numismatist, Abbot of Caudenburg Abbey (Abbaye du Coudenberg in Brussels?).
