Display of costume and accessories. Set up on a dark cloth background a selection of eighteenth century men’s clothing has been set out, including men’s coats in various fabrics; some silk, some velvet and some with decorative embroidery. Also shown are waistcoats, breeches, gloves and stockings (or hose). Two silk banyan robes are featured and an example of a caped great coat.
