Description:
Albumen print of the exterior of Rhuddlan Castle, Wales. Erected by Edward I in 1277. Two partially ruined circular gatehouse towers. The one in the foreground has a high wall running from it from behind. Both have circular open doorways and ivy growing on them. There is a rustic fence surrounding them with gaps at the doorways. Near the foreground tower doorway, a person is sitting on the grassy area, facing left.
