The maths Tower exterior; Shot from an elevated position (probably Moberly Tower) angled north east across the roofs of the Whitworth hall and the Museum showing the maths Tower with the city centre behind and to the left and the main UMIST campus behind and to the right. Also visible is the corner of the Beyer building, the University precinct, the Kilburn building and the Williamson building. The picture is labelled number “15” and written on the reverse is “Panoramic view looking towards UMIST July 1972”.
