Dear Mr. Scott, - M. Phillips Price – Dr. Soskice was our Special Correspondent in Russia from June to Sept 1917 and on his return, Mr. M. Phillips Price was asked to undertake the work for us. Previously he had been contributing articles from Asia (since 1913) and he started in Russia for us on Nov. 20, 1917. He remained until July 1918 when (I think) he was stopped. He however turned up again in Berlin in Dec 1918 and sent us 4 telegrams which we published on Dec 13 Moscow to Berlin 16 German Minister interviewed 28 German Revolutionary Party 31 Berlin Politics These were his last contributions in the M.G. Whilst he was acting for us in Russia we used from him 11 articles & 80 telegrams. Yours very truly, E. Fielding.
