Dear Mr. Scott, I have your letters about Philips Price in our LABOUR WHO’S WHO and will certainly see that the alteration is made at the earliest possible moment. I am not sure whether Price made the mistake in his return or whether the man I had editing came to a more definite conclusion than was justified by what Price put down. I can look this up, but the papers are put away. By the bye, have you seen his book GERMANY IN TRANSITION. It is I think a very good book, but is a little slow in getting recognised as such.
