Letter from Charlotte Finch to Mary Hamilton, dated 14 March 1783 at St James’s.

In her letter, Finch says that she mentioned to the Queen about the pavilion that Miss Cathcart wishes to present to Princess Elizabeth she said that Miss Cathcart could bring it herself but as she is out of town the Queen desires Hamilton to send it to St James’s.
