Description:
In the letter Dickinson complains that he is prevented from returning home as he had planned the following Saturday as he is finding it difficult to complete his work and he has promised not to leave Kinsley until it is done. He is philosophical about his lack of success and will not let it 'agitate' his mind. He notes that he will not 'complain of my want of good fortune now that I am blessed with you'.
