A torn piece of paper, shabby and worn-out. An imprint of Hebrew in mirror-writing? According to the other fragments, Ar. 219 and Ar. 224, it seems that the recto is actually a different fragment that was somehow glued/stuck to a page which contains Arabic lists/scribbles, as can be seen in the verso.
