Description:
Siege of Troy. Book four: Priam has to give in to the traitors and it is agreed that Anthenor will be sent to the Greeks to entreat them to settle the war. Anthenor meets with Ulysses (Odysseus), the King of Crete and Diomedes and agrees to betray Troy if the Greeks will guarantee the safety of himself, Eneas (Aeneas) and their allies. The Greeks agree and are sworn to keep the treaty secret. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
