Description:
Queen Isabella and Prince Edward invade England. Walter Stapleton, Bishop of Exeter, is sent to control London, but is beheaded. Edward II is taken prisoner, along with Hugh Despenser. Rubrication in red ink and pen-flourished initials introduce the stories. The written space is 175 x 135 mm in several secretary hands throughout the manuscript.
