þere was quelde S(ir) Simond de Mou(~)tfort Hugh þe Spenser and Mountfort þat was Rauf Bassetes fader of Draitou(~) & oþere manye grete lordes // And whanne þis bataile was don alle þe gentiles þat had ben with þe Erl Symound were disherited and þey ordeignede ham to gedere and dede mu- che harme to al þe lond for þey destroiede hire enemys in al þat þey mighte Of þe sege of Kemworth and how þe gentile men were disheritede þorugh counceil of lordes of þe reaume of Engelonde and how þey come aȝen & had [...] here landes . Ca(o). lix(no).
