Swerdwort þe jus drinkyd with wyn woll hell 3. all venemouse bytyng(es) & dystroy venym þ(t) men. 4. hath etyn oþ(er) dronkyd þ(s) erbe drenk it w(t) wyn 5. & pep(er) purgyth þe modyr after þe chyld byrth it 6. helpith to hem þ(t) þe chynk yf it be dronkyn 7. & wel sau(er)ed wat(er) or odyr gode drynk this erbe 8. stampyd & mad yn man(er) of an plast(er) wol bryng 9. oute nayle or thorn. And take sa[m] & put þ(er) 10. to glad[n] & anoynt thy go(m)ys for rotyng of teth. 11. drynk it w(t) wat(er) oþ(er) w(t) wyn & it wol hel ache 12. of þe syde . drynke it w(t) wat(er) & it wol distroy þe 13. yvyl fevrys and sou(er)e[n]ly it wol so do gode a 14. yenst þe crampe./ and it dystroyth þe hardppo- 15.
