Also known as an astrological text in Middle English. On the 'dies mali' (unlucky days of the medieval calendar) and days not to let blood. Several of the lines have rudimentary crosses at the end, and line 10 has an infinity sign drawing at the end. Ends of lines 19-20, and 21-22 are joined by an ink line. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is anglicana.

[h]e þe xxij(e) ne xxiij(e) ne xxiiij(e) ne xxv(e) and þe xxvj(e) daye 7. of eche menethe who þ(t) lateth hym blode foure monethes after 8. he shall haue no fe[u][r]e and witte ye well þ(t) þis rule ys 9. serteyne be eche moneth marstyrd þ(t) made þis vij artes fo[n]de 10. þe dolorouse dayes and þe moste p(er)illous of þe ʒere 11.
