Medical recipes. Three manicules (hands) with the thumb and first two fingers extended appear at the bottom of the page, pointing up towards the text. Line 9 above fume: 'steme'. Line 19 interlineation above bayes: 'levis'. Lines 26/27 'alysandir' and 'auence' have both had the secretary 'a' changed by a later scribe into a double-looped one. Line 7, left margin: 'also drenke þ(e) jovse of saven to lette' Left margin at bottom: '[**]ynsevis'. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
