Medical recipes. In top margin '.A notabil medesn' and '[*] blve & blake'. Line 2, after 'suf-' is added 'fer'. Line 15 the two '&&' are cancelled and 'or' is inserted above. In left margin between about lines 10 and 14: 'and toth (^ache) [*] take Neppe & stamppe it & pot it a bowte & yn that toth & it will sesse p(ro)batu(~).' Line 18 'eyren' is cancelled out with 3 dots around it but not cancelled further down on line 24. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
