Description:
A numbered table of medical recipes; however the numbers are wildly wrong after 'lxix'. A drawn ink line joins the end of line 1 with the end of lines 2 and 3. Line 13 has been crossed out, and it has been inserted as line 11 instead. Line 16 a letter? g has been crossed out. Line 5b has 'abrovyd' not approved. 'ovnte[n]t(es)' is written in the top margin. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
