Queen Isabella declares neither she nor Edward will return to England from France until the Despensers are removed from power. In turn, Edward II declares both his Queen and son exiles and the Despensers conspire against Queen Isabella in her absence. Written space is 235 x 190 mm, 2 columns with 34 lines. The script is in a secretary hand with some influence from anglicana.
