Medical recipes. Line 2: 'gvldis' is written above 'galdis'. Line 3 'lekys' is underlined/bracketed and interlinearly is written above: 'be hot & co(~)fortith flavire'. (above line 1) is written: 'for a ro[i]s[i]el breth þ(t) co(~)yth of sto(~)ocke'. On line 12 'hare herbe' is written above 'an hare foote'. Line 23 is the start of a different scribal hand from that of ff4-26; one noticable difference is the underlining of titles. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
