In support of this Memorial we lay before the Committees and Magistrates a copy of the Resolutions passed at a Meeting held in the Association Hall on the 22nd January, 1883, the Right Rev. the Lord Bishop of Manchester in the chair, together with Extracts from the Acts now in force in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and sundry other Extracts showing chiefly how these Acts have worked.
