Description: 
Naxi (Nakhi or Nashi) manuscript, a notebook made by a shaman (or a teacher), for the performance of secret ritual ceremonies. Written on handmade paper, and in oblong in shape. Pages are ruled horizontally, providing three or five sections for the script, which stylus-written from left to right. Both pictographic and syllabic texts occur.
