Banning its citizens from wearing green ribbons, following reports that doing so has become a sign of indifference and hostility towards symbols of the Republic. Above the title: Liberté. Égalité. Text reads: Les Cravates vertes ayant été dans plusieurs Communes regardées comme un signe d'indifférence et de mépris pour les couleurs nationales, il est essentiellement du devoir de tout bon citoyen de s'abstenir d'en porter.//En conséquence la Municipalité prévient tous les citoyens qu'ils aient à ne porter aucunes Cravates vertes, à peine d'être regardés comme ennemis de l'ordre public, et mis en arrestation.
