Bills preferred against Mr. Edward Tebbutt, Mr. Thomas Shelmerdine, Mr. William Carlton, and Mr. Edward Meage for cutting and maiming men, women, and children; Bills against Platt and Derbyshire for perjury; Bill for a conspiracy against Henry Hunt, Joseph Johnson, John Knight, James Moorhouse, Robert Jones, Joseph Healey, George Swift, Thacker Saxton, Samuel Bamford, and Robert Wild.
