Description:
|
Manuscript annotations in dark brown ink, including corrections or completions to the printed text (where letters and diacritics are missing or are poorly printed) and marginal notes, mostly in Greek but with some in Latin, only on the pages with Greek text and interlinear Latin translation (i.e. rectos only); many of the marginal notes have been washed or bleached out, leaving ugly brown staining on many leaves. Count Reviczky commonly had his books cleaned.
