Decoration: fifteenth or sixteenth-century illuminated 8-line initial 'T' supplied in blue and yellow on a gold ground edged in black, with blue, green, maroon and yellow foliate decoration, black pen-work and gold dots extending into the inner, upper and lower margins; in the lower margin a green laurel wreath on a gold ground containing illuminated arms: Or, three hunting horns stringed azure on a maroon ground with white pen-work.. Formerly attributed as the arms of Johannes Hornberger (d. 1569), of Buda, city official in Rottenburg, but this attribution is doubtful. (described above) on a maroon ground with white pen-work.
