Text in two columns. Illumination. Pen flourished initials 'Q' and 'B'. A winged putto balancing a basket on its head with a bird flying above. In the centre of the two columns is a miniature depicting Pope Boniface sitting on the papal throne. On either side of the pope are two cardinals sitting on smaller chairs. To the left of the pope and cardinals are two figures kneeling. One is holding a book. In the centre of the miniature is a winged putto balancing a basket on its head with a bird flying above. At the bottom of the leaf is a figure in armour standing on top of a dragon. The figure (probably St George) is holding a spear through the dragon's head.
