View of Bettws-y-Coed, The Roman Bridge on the Machno. The bridge is a drystone built construction over the River Machno or Afon Machno. The banks of the river on either side are rocky and either side of the river is wooded. The bridge is known as the 'Roman Bridge' but actually only dates from the16th century at the earliest.
