Description:
|
Albumen print of the Inner Courtyard of Little Moreton Hall, Cheshire. Two storey black and white timber framed section of the hall. Large bay windows looking onto the courtyard, two of which are built so close to each other that their roofs abut one another. The windows contain leaded panes known as quarries, set in patterns of squares, rectangles, lozenges, circles and triangles. A timber door with columns either side is under one of the bays.
