Description: 
The exterior of the Welsh Congregational Chapel (since demolished) on Booth Street east. Shot at ground level from the south western corner of Rumford and Booth Street east. It shows an unidentified boy with a bike in the foreground and behind him the Chapel with its doors and windows boarded up. There is a plaque on the southern wall which reads “Welsh Congregational 1863”. To the eastern side of the Chapel is a small grocers shop displaying a number of posters and advertisements for cigarettes, polish etc. The site is now occupied by the Newman building.
