Students joint common room in the old Students Union (since demolished); It shows a fairly full room up in the eaves of the building with students sat around talking, reading and playing cards. The only two identified are the Union presidents Mr J.A. Jameson and Miss A Quinn. On the reverse is written “The University of Manchester students joint common room, the two presidents of the unions are on the right Mr J A Jameson and miss A Quinn”.
