Description:
Copy letter from William Percival Crozier to Frederick Voigt. The Reichstag fire trial. They want to publish an analysis of the whole thing and omitting political references to the London inquiry, the Oberfohren memorandum and so forth. He suggests the following: 1. General points of procedure at a German trial, the refusal of a proper means of defence, the interference of Göring, the extraordinary character of witnesses. 2. Responsibility for the arson and the various accounts given about Van der Lubbe and his accomplices. 3. The alleged Communist conspiracy. He asks for his thoughts. He emphasises that they want an unbiased account.
