Dear Mr. Williams, May I introduce you to my friend Mr. Philips Price, a nephew of Sir George Trevelyan, and Liberal candidate for the City of Gloucester. He is a great traveller and has been all over Asia Minor and Persia and he is now on his way to see what he can of the track of the war in Poland and across the Caucasus.
