Description:
|
Letter from Charlotte Finch to Mary Hamilton. Finch has hunted everywhere but is unable to find the letter from the Duchess of Devonshire to send to Hamilton. She does not want Hamilton to be disappointed so she has sent out for one and she hopes it will amuse Hamilton. Finch will be happy when Hamilton regains her health and writes that she should not worry about ‘her attendance’ and reports that Princess Augusta will soon be in perfect health.
Dated at St James’s, [London].
