Description:
|
Note from Charlotte Finch to Mary Hamilton. She rejoices to hear from Dr Turton that Hamilton is getting much better each day and wishes she could say so in person. She asks Hamilton to let her know if she can provide anything for her. Finch will not go in to detail about Princess Augusta’s health as Hamilton will know all from Dr Turton but she writes that she is looking ‘charming’ today and that they [presumably the King and Queen] are impatient to get her to the Country for the air.
