She informs Hamilton that ‘Brown’ has gone home but that his child has died and another member of staff will assist until his return. She notes that all the children are well and she is preparing for a commerce party where the three princes are invited as well as and Princess Mary. Princess Sophia breakfasted with Finch that morning and was in charming spirits.
