Description: 
Napier writes that he has little time for anything but for preparing for his regiment reviews which are to be on the 18th and 22nd. The first one is to be reviewed by General Pitt and the second one by the King. He hopes to leave Blackheath by the 24th. Napier writes that he is glad that Hamilton has made friends with the dog that he had sent her and notes that it will be a good thing for the dog if it also makes friends with the servants. Dated at Blackheath.
