Notes: 
8 lines. The fragment reads Joseph ha-Parnas and Rabbi Yeshu`ah, but compare this to the above Genizah document from Cambridge, dated 1041, which contains the signature of a Joseph ha-Parnas bar Yeshu`ah. Rabbi Efraim is probably Rabbi Efraim ben Shemarya, leader of the Palestinian congregation in Fustat, who is known to have signed documents between 1016-1050.
