According to Ezra Chwat (see Aleph database JNUL), this fragment contains the end of the Amidah (up to line 12), the beginning of the supplications (tahanunim), including the confession (vidduy) that starts with rahum ve-hanun (see line 13). A few Hebrew lemmata. Alexander Scheiber refers to B 3048 as being written by Joseph Rosh ha-Seder, but probably means this fragment.
